The Firm, through its team of labour consultants, constantly ensures that the regulations and national labour agreements, governed by law, are respected and supports its Client companies with prompt updates on new legal requirements and consultancy services in the management of personnel, such as, for example:
- Preparation of opinions and consultancy in the context of contractual, social legislation and labour issues
- Management of relations with pension and social security institutions;
- Management of relations with Trade Union organisations;
- Assistance in individual or collective disputes, management of negotiations on supplementary corporate agreements;
- Assistance in cases of individual and collective dismissals, leaving incentives, disciplinary procedures;
- Completion of administrative fulfilments vis-a-vis the pertinent offices, ministries and embassies, for personnel seconded overseas;
- Assistance in the event of inspections, preparation of administrative claims and appeals;
- Check-ups and labour due diligence;
- Human Resources Management services through the management of candidate and selection processes, incentive schemes, managing compliance with Legislative Decree 81/2008.
