The Firm has a professional organisation dedicated to corporate secretariat activities that provides for the use, where requested, of online facilities connected with the Register of Trading Companies.

The services offered include:

  • Organisation of Board of Directors’ and Quota/Shareholders’ Meetings with the fulfilment of all the necessary formalities (notice of call, powers etc.) and participation, where requested, under the role of Secretary and drawing up of the relative minutes (bilingual for multinational group clients);
  • Assistance in the issue of shares and debt securities, and similar;
  • Keeping and updating of the company books;
  • Domiciliation of companies with secretariat functions;
  • Registration of Minutes with the Companies Register;
  • Preparation of the annual financial statement in “XBRL” format and subsequent online filing;
  • Completion of formalities with the Registry of Trading Companies, the Italian Inland Revenue, the Chamber of Commerce and the Social Security Institutions;
  • Management of fulfilments relative to properties and rental agreements (registration duties, complaints and other communications).
