A dedicated multidisciplinary team provides tax advice and assistance in the pre-litigation and litigation phases, including representation at all levels of proceedings before the national courts.

• Assistance during tax audits by the Financial Police (Guardia di Finanza) or the Inland Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate);
• Assistance and representation in cross-examinations with the Tax Authorities and in conciliation and acceptance procedures, with extensive experience in disputes involving Italian subsidiaries of multinational groups;
• Out-of-court and court settlements on tax assessments;
• Assistance in tax litigation before Provincial and Regional Tax Commissions throughout Italy and before the Court of Cassation – Tax Section;
• Assistance in international disputes, MAP, Arbitration Convention and APA;
• Advising and defending taxpayers in criminal proceedings;
• Assistance in rulings, also regarding aspects related to anti-avoidance regulations, controlled foreign companies, aimed at obtaining prior opinions (tax ruling) or the rulings of the Tax Administration;
